(Carlisle, Pa.) – Dickinson first-year Meg Tate (Carlisle, Pa./Carlisle) has earned back-to-back Centennial Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week honors, announced on Tuesday.
Tate earns Offensive Player of the Week for the second straight week after netting five goals and adding an assist in a 2-0 week for the Red Devils. The first-year scored just 11 seconds into the contest at Bryn Mawr, breaking the Centennial Conference record with the fifth-fastest goal in NCAA history.
She recorded a hat trick against Penn State Harrisburg and tallied two goals and an assist vs. Bryn Mawr to keep the Red Devils unbeaten in conference play this fall. She found the net on 5-of-9 shots, scoring both game-winning goals.
The Red Devils return to action on Saturday, hosting Haverford College at 1:00 pm.
