Men's T&F Claims Fourth Straight All-CC Honor in 4x800

(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's track & field team combined to earn nine All-Centennial Conference honors at the 2019 Outdoor Championships.

Junior Bryce Descavish (Ebensburg, Pa./Central Cambria) ran for the cycle, earning First-team honors with the 4x800 relay, Second-team in the 10,000-meters and honorable mention with a third place showing in the 5k.

Senior Eric Herrmann (Saint James, N.Y./Smithtown) was part of the 4x800 relay, winning his fourth straight title in the event. He added honorable mention with a bronze in the 1500-meters.

Senior Will Chandler (Westfield, N.J./Westfield) and junior Thomas Riordan (Campbell, S.C./Landrum) earned First-team honors with the 4x800 relay. Riordan and Descavish joined Herrmann to win the title last season as well.

Junior Adam Gamber (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) earned his third straight All-CC honor in the pole vault, claiming Second-team honors while first-year Ben Brandeis (Allison Park, Pa./Hampton) claimed Second-team in the 400-meter hurdles.

Sophomore Ben Sobel (Hanover, N.H./Hanover) was named to the All-Centennial Conference Sportsmanship Team.
