Red Devils Finish Strong at ITA Regionals

(Fredericksburg, Va.) – Dickinson sophomore Sam Coan (Washington, D.C./Bullis School) had a strong start at the ITA Southeast Championships, advancing to the round of 16 before suffering a (2-6, 6-3, 6-1) setback to Ian Siew from Salisbury.

First-year Thomas Griffin (Clifton, Va./Woodbury Forest) fell to Edward Chen in the B1 consolation bracket on Saturday, dropping a 6-3, 6-3 decision.

Sophomore Andrew Lai (Bridgewater, N.J./Bridgewater) advanced to the final of the B3 consolation bracket with a 6-3, 6-1 win on Saturday, but fell to Hampden-Sydney's Clark Cummings (6-2, 6-2) in the final.

The Red Devils wrap up the fall schedule and will return to action in March in Orlando, Florida.
