(Westminster, Md.) – The Dickinson men's soccer team sandwiched a pair of goals around a lone tally from McDaniel College to claim a key Centennial Conference win on Saturday, 2-1.

Following a scoreless first half sophomore Colin Fagan (Chalfont, Pa./C.B. South) put the Red Devils on the board, finishing an assist from classmate Tayler Eynon (Lancaster, Pa./Lancaster Country Day) in the 51st minute.

The lead was short-lived as the Green Terror netted the equalizer, just four minutes later as Randy Hilleary collected a loose ball in front of the goal and found the back of the net.

Dickinson would counter with just over 20 minutes to play in regulation as conference scoring leader Ward Van de Water (Warrenton, Va./Highland) tallied his sixth goal of the season.

The Red Devils outshot the hosts 21-7 on the day and held a 5-1 advantage in corners. Junior Frederick Meagher (Southport, Conn./Fairfield-Ludlowe) made one save in the nets for the Red Devils as they improve to 5-2-1 overall and 2-0 in the conference.

The Red Devils return home to face #12-ranked Franklin & Marshall at 7:00 pm, under the lights at Miller Memorial Field.
