(Windsor, Pa.) The Dickinson men's golf team had a great round at the Jefferson Golf Classic at the ACE Golf Club on Monday afternoon. All five Red Devils shot rounds below 80, combing for a team score of 294. Rutgers-Camden was second with a round of 308 while Philadelphia University turned in a team score of 335.
Sophomore Charlie Zane (Guilford, Conn./Hopkins School) led the way with a solid round, earning medalist honors with a 68 on the par 72 course.
Jake Kessel (Woodcliff Lakes, N.J./Pascack) and Tyler Caballero (Lutherville, Md./St. Paul's) carded scores of 74 and 75 to place third and fourth while Jacob Liberman (Wayne, Pa./Friends Central) and Ryan Kowash (Kennett Square, Pa./Unionville) kept pace with rounds of 77 and 78 to finish in the top 10.
The Red Devils are scheduled to play in the McDaniel Spring Invitational on Saturday and Sunday at The Bridged Golf Club in Abbottstown, Pa.
