(Carlisle, Pa.) – Dickinson junior quarterback Tim Graham (Darien, Conn./Darien) and senior punter/defensive back Jordan Hollander (Dalton, Pa./Abington Heights) were named Centennial Conference Football Players of the Week, following a dominant 51-21 win over Juniata.
Graham earned offensive honors as he put together a stellar performance for the Red Devils, completing 20-of-27 (74.1%) passes for 283 yards and five touchdowns. Graham threw for scoring strikes of (19, 7, 3, 22 and 43 yards) in the victory.
Junior Christopher Longo (Ridgefield, Conn./Ridgefield) was on the receiving end of three touchdown passes while senior Daniel Salamone (Great Falls, Va./Langley) caught seven passes for 131 yards and a 43-yard touchdown. Senior tight-end Mac Brown (Canton, Mass./Canton) pulled in the other on a great play call in the second quarter.
Hollander was the Special Teams pick as he kept Juniata in check with some outstanding punts, averaging 53 yards on three attempts with a long of 59. He dropped all three inside the 10-yard line, pinning the Eagles on the two, the three and the seven-yard line. He added five tackles and a big pass break-up as well from on defense back position.
The Red Devils remain in the hunt for a bowl game, improving to 5-3 overall and 4-3 in the conference. They are on the road next Saturday, traveling to Moravian College for a 12:00 pm start.
