Devils Capture 18th Straight Little Three Title, Campbell Wins Second
(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson College women's cross country team turned in another dominant performance at the Little Three Championship, claiming its 18th consecutive title in the event, and 19th title overall.
Senior Catherine Campbell (Carlisle, Pa./Trinity) ran to her second straight individual title, winning the race by 10 seconds with a time of 19:18. Sophomore Taylor Ludman (Willow Street, Pa./Solanco) placed second (19:28) as the Red Devils captured 10 of the top 12 spots.
Sophomore Emily Miller (Lehnartsville, Pa./Kutztown Area) gave the Devils a 1-2-3 sweep, crossing the line in 19:32.
Franklin & Marshall and Gettysburg finished fourth and fifth, with Dickinson taking the next seven places in the race.
The Red Devils return to competition on September 17th, traveling to the Spiked Shoe Invitational, hosted by Penn State University.
