Straughan Named Centennial Men's XC Runner of the Week

(Carlisle, Pa.) - Dickinson College senior Dylan Straughan (Bethesda, Md./Bethesda-Chevy Chase) was named the Centennial Conference men's cross country Runner of the Week.
Straughan led the Devils to their 15th consecutive Little Three Championship as Dickinson posted perfect scores against Franklin & Marshall and Gettysburg on Friday evening. He kept the Devils' individual title streak alive at 12 straight, crossing the line first in 16:21.
The Red Devils are currently second in the NCAA Mideast Region rankings and remain ranked sixth in the U.S. Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches National Poll.
The men's and women's teams travel to Penn State this weekend to compete in the Spiked Shoe Invitaional. On homecoming weekend they will host the Dickinson Long/Short Course Invitational at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pa.
