(Selinsgrove, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's indoor track & field team traveled to the Susquehanna University Invitational on Saturday in final preparation for next weekend's Centennial Conference Championships.
Senior Mason Hepner (Mount Joy, Pa./Manheim Central) competed at the Penn State Tune-Up, placing sixth in the mile against the Division I field with a time of 4:15.62, ranking fifth in the conference this season.
Junior Nathan Udell (Annapolis, Md./Annapolis) ran to third in the 3,000 meters at Susquehanna, crossing the line in 9:09.51 while senior Cole Rinehart (Mount Joy, Pa./Donegal) finished fourth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:44.57.
Sophomore Eric Herrmann (Saint James, N.Y./Smithtown) had a top 10 showing in the 800 meters with a time of 2:02.10. He joined the 4x400 relay for a time of 3:39.03.
The Red Devils had three throwers in the top 10 of the shot put, led by Devin Glasson (Canton, Conn./Canton) in fifth with a toss of 13.20 meters. Robert Pearl (Sea Ranch Lakes, Fla./Pine Crest) was eighth and Malcolm Davis (St. Louis, Mo./Ladue Horton) ninth with throws of 12.31 and 12.26.
Harry McCarthy (Westfield, N.J./Newark Academy) and Thomas Riordan (Campbell, S.C./Landrum) were both part of the 4x400 relay while senior Eli Laue (Troy, Pa./Troy) was 10th in the mile with a time of 4:35.15.
The Red Devils travel to Ursinus College next weekend for the Centennial Conference Championships on Saturday and Sunday.
