(Allentown, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's tennis match was cut short due to rain on Tuesday, but not before the Red Devils could secure a 6-1 win at Muhlenberg College.

The Red Devils claimed points in the first and second doubles flights and added four wins in singles before the rain came.

Leonid Sorkin (St. Petersburg, Russia/U. of Nebraska H.S.) went (6-2, 6-0) in the top singles flight and partnered with classmate Sam Coan (Washington, D.C./Bullis School) for an 8-4 win in doubles.

Coan claimed his second point with a (6-4, 6-2) decision in the second singles flight.

Derek Chen (Cranbury Township, Pa./Shady Side Academy) and Justin Pace (Madison, Conn./Daniel Hand) won the top doubles flight 8-7 (7-2) and won third and fifth singles in straight sets.

The Red Devils improve to 7-8 overall and 4-2 in the Centennial Conference. They return home to face Washington College on Saturday at 1:00 pm.
