(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's tennis team rebounded from a 2-1 deficit following doubles to claim a 7-2 decision over visiting Gettysburg on Wednesday afternoon.
First-year Josh Kaseff (Westport, Conn./Staples) clinched the match with a 6-1, 6-3 win in the sixth flight to give the Devils their fifth point. He improved to 3-0 on the season.
Will Golinkin (Houston, Texas/Kincaid) won the top singles flight (6-2, 6-0), while Christian Mueller-Wolf (Hamburg, Germany/Pennington School, N.Y.) put the Devils up, 3-2, with a 6-1, 6-2 decision in the three spot, improving to 3-1 in Centennial Conference play.
DiNardo won the fifth flight in straight sets as well, posting a 6-2, 6-1 score. Junior Ari Blask (Chevy Chase, Md./Charles E. Smith) won his match (6-2, 6-3), and Frank came away with a 6-3, 6-1 victory at number four singles.
The Red Devils improve to 3-9 overall and 2-3 in the Centennial Conference. They travel to Washington College on Saturday for a 1:00 pm match with the Shoremen.
