Men's Golf Claims Fourth at Myrtle Beach Shootout

(Myrtle Beach, S.C.) – The Dickinson men's golf team placed fourth at the Myrtle Beach Shootout at the Barefoot Resort – Dye Course on Wednesday.

The Red Devils had a consistent grouping as five players carded 83's to tie for 15th in the individual standings. Schuyler Leff (Bethel, Maine/Gould Academy), William McCann (Madison, N.J./Morristown-Beard), Chan Park (Old Tappan, N.J./Northern Valley Old Tappan), Justin Shim (Herndon, Va./Paul VI Catholic) and Vince Warzecha (Chester Springs, Pa./Malvern Prep) matched rounds.

Stephen Bonacci (McLean, Va./Langley) and Tyler Caballero (Lutherville, Md./St. Paul's) both came in at 84.

Francis Randazzo turned in an 85 while Drew Stern (Yardley, Pa./St. Joseph's Prep) and Tim Schneider (Pittsburgh, Pa./Pittsburg Central Catholic) finished with a 92 and 102, respectively.

Gettysburg claimed the team honors with a combined round of 305, earning three spots in the top five.

The Red Devils came in at 333. They return north and will host the Dickinson Invitational at the Carlisle Barracks Golf Course on Monday, March 25 at 12:00 pm.
