Devil Golfers Fourth, Goldstein Seventh at CC Championships
(Elverson, Pa.) – The Dickinson College men's golf team was tied for first in the late going of the Centennial Conference Championship on Sunday. They would finish in fourth with a total of 951.
The Devils combined for scores of 323-301-327-951. They stormed back, shooting the low round of the tournament with their 301. McDaniel won the title with scores of 321-306-305-932.
Joey Goldstein (Potomac, Md./Winston Churchill) tied for seventh (74-76-85-235). Arthur Worthington (Owings Mills, Md./Gilman) turned in a 237 (83-71-83).
Tucker Joyce (Chevy Chase, Md./Bethesda-Chevy Chase) tied for 14th with a 239 (81-76-82) while Mike Deming (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) shot a 246 (85-78-83) and Chris Burns (Saddle River, N.J./St. Joe's Regional) came in with a 248(87-82-79).
Gettysburg's Peter Ruymann won the individual title with a 224 (77-76-71).
