Joyce Earns Medalist Honors at Messiah Spring Invitational

(Harrisburg, Pa) - The Dickinson College men's golf team tied for sixth at the Messiah College Falcon Spring Classic on Tuesday.

Junior Tucker Joyce (Chevy Chase, Md./Bethesda-Chevy Chase) earned medalist honors with a low round of 74 in unfavorable conditions.

Albright won the team title with a combined score of 322. The Devils finished just eight strokes back with a 330.

Chris Burns (Saddle River, N.J./St. Joe's Regional) turned in an 83 while Brian Palm (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) shot an 86.

Michael Birmingham (Ashburn, Va./Briar Woods) and Arthur Wortington (Owings Mills, Md./Gilman) had cards of 87. Michael Deming (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) shot a 90.

The Red Devils are scheduled to compete in the Centennial Conference Championships this weekend.
