Devils Strike Early to Top Mules 2-1

Lauren Kelly (Lititz, Pa./Warwick) scored with an assist fromLizzie Boorse (Center Valley, Pa./Southern Lehigh) 12:23 into the game.
Claire Mammen (Berkley Heights, N.J./Governor Livingston)put the Devils up 2-0 with the game-winner in the 17th minute, assisted by senior Katelynn Bias (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Mechanicsburg).
Tara Cohn put the Mules on the board with 21:16 remaining, scoring on a penalty stroke.
The Devils held on down the stretch to improve to 3-6 overall and 1-2 in the Centennial Conference.
Senior Amanda West (Harleysville, Pa./North Penn) made four saves in goal for the Devils. Kristen Dornenburg made four saves for Muhlenberg (6-3, 2-1).
The Red Devils return home to host York College on Tuesday at 4:00 pm.
